Executive Summary

Three days after I flagged that “FDA acceptance of the resubmission and a new PDUFA date” was the next thing to watch, Replimune did something almost as useful: they walked into ASCO with some of the strongest version of the RP1 dataset the agency has ever seen, and a final RP2 first-in-human readout that re-attaches the platform optionality I wrote about in February.

The stock closed Friday at $8.69 and ticked up to $9.00 today — a quiet 3.6% on data that, in a different regulatory posture, would have moved more. That muted reaction is itself a tell: the market is waiting for the PDUFA, not the posters.
